- Office schedules are automatically transferred to a CosmetiSuite server which makes the calls.
- Patients press "1" to confirm the appointment or "2" to cancel the appointment.
- Response is automatically visible on the CosmetiSuite’s Scheduler, or in IVR reports in your office, to notify front office staff of confirmations or cancellations.
- Each office chooses when and how often calls should take place, and has the option to record a personal message.

- Office schedules are automatically transferred to the CosmetiSuite server for a receptionist to make a personalized call.
